Fluorine coating

Applicable to complex-shaped parts! It has a friction coefficient of 0.05 to 0.15 and possesses self-lubricating properties.

Our "Fluoropolymer Coating" utilizes TFE, FEP, PFA, Silkware, and various others tailored to specific applications. It is difficult for substances to adhere, and if they do, removal is easy. It is resistant to most chemicals and can be used over a wide range from -260°C to +260°C, with standard electrical insulation properties. We propose coatings tailored to our customers' needs. 【Types of Fluoropolymers】 ■ TFE: A general fluoropolymer with non-stick and low friction properties. ■ FEP: Has nearly the same physical properties as TFE but excels in corrosion and wear resistance. ■ PFA: Excellent non-stick properties with a non-pinhole coating. ■ Silkware: A decorative coating for kitchen use that enhances wear resistance and non-stick properties, suitable for kitchen equipment (such as the interior of rice cookers). ■ ETFE: A coating with excellent tensile strength and elongation properties. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fluorine coating

Low friction coefficient fluorine-based coating. Provides lubrication. Improves wear resistance. Enhances corrosion resistance. Provides vibration damping, etc. For high-speed, light load applications!

The fluorine-based coating materials handled by our company can be applied to a wide range of metals. The primary performance of the coating is derived from its low friction coefficient, which provides lubrication, but it also enhances wear resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration damping, and water and oil repellency. Additionally, there has been an increase in applications for preventing electrolysis recently. This product is referred to as a dry lubricating film and has effects similar to those achieved with traditional greases and oils. While greases and oils offer higher lubrication performance, the dry lubricating film does not require replenishment like greases and oils do. Due to its high performance and maintenance-free characteristics, it is widely used in automobiles, office automation equipment, and home appliances. The basic composition of the coating agent consists of a resin binder with PTFE dispersed in it. The type of binder allows for variations in the performance of the paint.

Surface treatment case: Solving adhesive adhesion on electronic component transport plates!

We will introduce a case where a highly precise fluorine-based coating solved the adhesion problem of electronic component transport plates.

We will introduce a case study on solving the problem of epoxy adhesive sticking out from electronic components. ■Consultation Details The consultation was regarding a problem where adhesive that protruded from the components was sticking to the plate used for transporting the electronic parts. ■Background for Selection The process included a curing step at 150°C, and precision of the transport plate was also required. ■Coating Adopted 'Nano Process TLS-200' ■Reason for Adoption and Effects We proposed two types of coatings with good surface treatment precision that do not allow epoxy adhesive to stick. After testing, they chose to adopt the Nano Process. *For more details, please refer to the materials or contact us directly.*

【Contract Processing】 Fluorine Coating Technology 'UTF Coat Standard Type'

Achieving ultra-thin films of 6-7 nm. Applicable to various substrates with low-temperature processing below 60°C. We also accept inquiries for prototypes! *A collection of case studies for problem-solving will be provided.

The "UTF Coat Standard Type" is a fluorine coating technology that utilizes plasma treatment. By molecular bonding through plasma, it enhances the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, preventing peeling. Due to its ultra-thin film of 6-7 nm, it can be processed without worrying about dimensional accuracy, and its non-stick, water-repellent, and oil-repellent effects last for a long time. Since it is treated at low temperatures below 60°C, it can be applied to various substrates, including metals, glass, ceramics, fabrics, and various engineering plastics. ★ Please feel free to consult us about prototype projects. 【Application Examples】 ■ Improvement of release properties for difficult-to-release resin molds ■ Reduction of adhesion for O-rings, rubber seals, etc. ■ Prevention and reduction of debris adhesion on filters such as meshes and strainers ■ Prevention and reduction of adhesive attachment on cutting edges of cutters and knives ■ Reduction of eye dust, stringing, and cold slag in resin molding * We are currently offering a "Case Studies for Problem Solving" collection! For more details, please check the download button. Feel free to contact us as well.

Improved wear resistance and durability of fluorine coating! 'XPC Grade'

Composite coating: Achieving further durability improvement with the combination of ceramic thermal spraying and fluorine coating!

Attention those struggling with durability in standard fluorine coatings! The 'XPC Grade' enhances adhesion compared to regular fluorine coatings by applying a ceramic or alloy thermal spray layer beneath our Tempcoat. This results in improved wear resistance and durability. Additionally, by utilizing the unevenness of the thermal spray layer to adjust the surface condition (roughness) of the fluorine coating, a new surface state for fluorine coatings can be achieved, leading to improved adhesion of the product.
